Is this the same blow-up animal as the one in the previous picture? At first I thought it was a dog, like the one in "The Never-ending Story" but now I'm thinkin' maybe cow?

Yes, it's the same animal as in the previous pic. I think it's supposed to be a cow and those are supposed to be udders. I have to admit, though, that my first thought was more along the lines of Bill's comment.
